The Baby Boomer generation is sometimes said to think they will live forever. While we know that's not possible -- yet! -- there are ways to improve health and wellness through diet, exercise, recreation, and right thinking.

Baby Boomers today are as likely -- or even more likely -- to be involved in sports and recreation as they were growing up. "Sixty (or seventy) is the new forty" is a commonly heard phrase these days. I prefer to say "Seventy is the new Seventy" -- our generation is redefining aging, embracing our life experiences and building new ones.
