The Baby Boomer generation is sometimes said to think they will live forever. While we know that's not possible -- yet! -- there are ways to improve health and wellness through diet, exercise, recreation, and right thinking.
"Sixty is the new forty" is a commonly heard phrase these days. Baby Boomers today are as likely -- or even more likely -- to be involved in sports and recreation as they were growing up.
